1. About us

DearFleece.myshopify.com (the "Site") is operated by Tongs Felix, trading as DearFleece, Unit 8/38 Sugarloaf Rd, Risdon Vale TAS 7016, Australia ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree that the information you give us is accurate and complete.

3. Products and pricing

We try to show products, colours and descriptions accurately, but colours can vary between screens and minor differences from product images may occur. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we email you a shipping confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees because we are based in Australia.

6. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Refunds and returns

Refunds and returns are covered by our Refund & Return Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: no returns or change-of-mind refunds, but we refund or replace orders that are not received, damaged, defective or incorrect.

8. Product use

Use products only as intended and follow any included instructions. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition unless clearly stated.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, US federal or state consumer law, or any other law that cannot be excluded.

11. Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Disputes

If you have a problem with an order, please email felix.tongs.business@gmail.com

 first and we will work with you to fix it. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider, as this is usually the fastest way to resolve an issue.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tasmania, Australia. This does not remove any protection given to you by the consumer laws of the place where you live.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the new version on this page. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
